I love the fact that trousers/joggers etc are long enough for me. It's also fantastic for dresses. Wish there was more selection on low heel shoes thou. All in all I love LTS and will be shopping there again.

I ordered several dresses and liked only two in the end. The others I sent back immediately with the free returns label… in the end I had not only paid for postage but also had an additional fee of over €30 to pay! They were expensive dresses! I won’t order from LTS again.

There was 2 holes in the dress but I’d already thrown packaging away so can’t return it so don’t think il be buying anything else x

I’m really happy with the pink denim jacket but I find the sizing definitely on y to be small size! I ordered a 12 (which is my usual size) and it wouldn’t even meet in the middle. Size 14 is a much better fit but still a bit “snug”. Sleeves are extra long too and need turning up a couple of times.

Delivery was appalling, well over 2 weeks to arrive - when it did I was on holiday. Rather than deliver to a neighbour the wretched driver chucked the package over my 6' garden gate in the pouring rain, where the parcel tore on the bolt, causing a hole. The parcel was thus left vulnerable in the rain.

I complained to Long Tall Sally, who sent a stupid email telling me to return the parcel and they would decide whether to refund or not.

I shall never order from them again and would advise anyone else not to either.

I ordered boots in a size 10 from Next but Long Tall Sally brand. They arrived labelled as a size 10 but I struggled to get them on. Looking at the sizing they were a Uk size 10 but Euro size 43. Euro 43 is actually a UK size 9. I have pairs of 9.5 and 10 and these are Euro size 44 and 45. Long Tall Sally need to look at their sizing as there is definitely an issue here and hence will not gain a customer from me until they do so.

Quick service but quality wasn’t right for me. I didn’t like that the dress was white on the underneath, this was noticeable because of slit to front.
